All life on our planet depends on humus, a reserve of fertility and a home to countless organisms.
Humus Farm is a small plot of land between Rossana and Piasco, in the Varaita Valley. Here, we grow our crops following the principles of Regenerative Agriculture, caring for the soil and the many living organisms that inhabit it.
* We cultivate on a small scale using natural methods and products, and we sell our produce—vegetables, fruit, and eggs—directly through a local, ethical, and sustainable supply chain.
